Great concept but had a little difficulty keeping pressure in cylinder. Had to experiment a little. Buy a universal silicone pump sleeve with this and slide it over the penis so the base covers under the head - also helps grip the penis snuggly to isolate the head completely. Lube up and pump. This toy is AWESOME. Went from 6.5 inches circumference to 7 in 3 weeks with moderate pumping.
