1. Will my shipment be packaged discreetly?
Absolutely! Your order will be shipped in a completely plain box. Your package will not bear any external markings that will indicate the nature of your order or the products within it.  We take your privacy seriously.

Are Signatures Required on the Delivery Package?

No, signatures are NOT required on our shipments, so you have nothing to worry about.


2. Will Will It Say On My Credit Card?
For Your Privacy, your credit card will be billed "TE, LLC" There is no mention of SinlessTouch or our products.

3. Can I Pay By Check Or Money Order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

4. How Do You Protect My Privacy?

5. How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Orders received before 2pm EST are processed in the our warehouse and they are shipped on the same day. Standard shipments should arrive within 9 business days of your order.

6. Where are you located? / Where is my package coming from?
Depending on your location and our inventory levels, orders will ship from one of our warehouses. Our Corporate Office is in Olathe, KS and our main warehouse is in Colorado.

8. How do you select the products you feature on the SinlessTouch.com site?
All of the products on SinlessTouch.com are Premium Quality. You will NOT find any junk novelties. Everything we carry has met our high standard for Quality Construction, Safety and Most Importantly Pleasure. We also highly value customer feedback on all of our products. So if you are not happy with a certain product please contact us by email or phone.

9. I have a Product I Would Like To Sell On SinlessTouch.com. Do You Do That?

10. Can I email questions about your products to you?
Absolutely, we answer all questions asked of us in a timely fashion. Please submit your question to us here.  Please be patient though! We do get a ton of emails.

11. How Do I cancel my order after I place it?
Due to the fact that we have a very quick turn-around on order fulfillment, you cannot cancel your order after placing it.
