During checkout, you have the option to round up your purchases and donate electronic "spare change" to a charitable cause.  One of the reasons that people don't donate is because they don't have enough time, so we have tired to make it easy for you.  During your checkout you decide how much to round up your total, and the donation is included in your payment.

Too many of the world's children suffer the debilitating effects of poverty and violence.

Children have the right to experience life with as much joy and hope as possible.  Our support creates an environment of hope and respect for children in need in which they have opportunities to achieve their full potential.  In addition it provides children, families and communities with practical tools for positive change. Without focused attention, millions of children will remain trapped and forgotten in childhoods of neglect and abuse, with devastating consequences for their long-term well-being and the development of nations.

Within the context of alleviating child poverty, vulnerability and deprivation, our support creates programs in a variety of different areas that provide practical assistance to impoverished communities and plant the seeds of self-sufficiency.  The integrated development is made up of interventions in three primary sectors:

-     Early Childhood Development
-     Health, Nutrition and Sanitation
-     Education

1.     Less than one per cent of what the world spent every year on weapons was needed to put every child into school and yet it didn't happen.
2.     The lives of 1.7 million children will be needlessly lost this year because world governments have failed to reduce poverty levels
3.     According to UNICEF, 30,000 children die each day due to poverty. And they “die quietly in some of the poorest villages on earth, far removed from the scrutiny and the conscience of the world. Being meek and weak in life makes these dying multitudes even more invisible in death.”  That is about 210,000 children each week, or just under 11 million children under five years of age, each year.
